Axis Designer Rug
Handcrafted in New Zealand wool.
Axis draws inspiration from SF Design’s previous studio/showroom, the former Nestle Chocolate factory on St Georges Bay Road. Renovated in 1981 but retaining is heritage and character it is now known as the Axis building. One feature retained were the hexagonal brick tiles, the shape of which forms the basis of Axis. Like the building, Axis has been deconstructed, taking elements from the traditional pattern and restyling them for a new contemporary look.
